Chica, which means beautiful young girl, is living up to her name.  She is indeed a beautiful example of the boxer breed.  This flashy fawn youngster was a CHAMPION from the   6-9 month class.   Chica won her first points in the show ring at 7 months of age.  Chica and Marie brought home a Championship with limited showing, all owner-handled, from the 6-9 month puppy classes.  Along with these wins were numerous Best of Winners and Best Puppy wins.  On her last day in the classes she also took home Best Puppy In Group. Congratulations to co-owners Marie McNeil and Cheryl Jennings.

In August of 2011 Chica and Marie made history for Desert Boxers.  Our first performance title for one of our boxers.  Not only did they earn the title, they did it in STYLE!  Marie led Chica to her Rally Novice Title in 3 straight, back-to-back-to-back qualifying runs!  A Huge congratulations to Marie for this spectacular achievement.  Chica has earned her CGC certification as well.  Stay tuned folks, they are just getting started in performance events.  Go Chica and Marie!! 

Chica's Dam and Sire had prestigious show careers with BEST IN SHOWS on both sides of the pedigree.  Additionally the pedigree is strengthened with SOM's and DOM's.  

We are so happy that Chica has such a wonderful home!
